-Tarkuni Lodge is an exclusive, secluded retreat set between two rolling mountain ranges. Tarkuni is perfect for families and small groups of 8 - 12 guests. The accommodation contains four luxury bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and outdoor heated shower, open plan lounge and dining room, library, covered patio and heated swimming pool.
-The Motse The other accommodation on the reserve, The Motse, meaning 'village', blends inconspicuously into the surrounding mountains, and consists of eight legaes, meaning 'homes'. The lagaes are built of local stone, red clay and typical Kalahari thatch roofs. Each legae overlooks a game watering hole. Each suite comprises a spacious bedroom, an en-suite bathroom with indoor and outdoor walk-in shower, large private lounge with an open fireplace, private sun deck overlooking a waterhole, direct dial telephone, safe, mini bar and outdoor heated swimming pool.
Game Viewing: There are over 70 species of mammals, and more than 220 species of birds.
Game Lodge Facilities: Baby sitting service, laundry and valet service, Tswalu Gift Shop, and activities such as ballooning, bird watching, golf, horse riding, walking safaris, game drives.
Airport: From Kimberley Airport, access is gained from the R31 after Kuruman on the way to Hotazel / Black Rock.
